Three Simple Steps
Initiate
Contact our concierge team to request a Return Authorization Number. We will email you a prepaid, fully insured shipping label.
Package
Place your jewelry in its original packaging, including all diamond certificates and documentation. Secure it inside a shipping box.
Ship
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location. Your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the item.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
- All original documentation and certificates must be included to avoid replacement fees.
- Custom-designed pieces and resized items may be eligible for store credit only.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your authorization label.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance team will verify the condition of the piece. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.
- Standard Orders: Refunded to your original payment method.
- Special Orders: Issued as store credit for future brilliance.
- Inspections: Items showing signs of wear or unauthorized alterations cannot be accepted for return.
International Returns
For orders outside the United States, please contact our support team. Please note that international shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.
