We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We warrant that all jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This includes a guarantee that the optical properties of your lab-grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.
Every piece undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our high standards for durability and brilliance.
Coverage
What is Covered
Our warranty protects you against any issues resulting from the manufacturing process. If you believe your item has a structural defect, we will repair or replace your jewelry at no cost to you, including insured shipping.
To initiate a claim, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the area of concern.
Exclusions
What is Not Covered
- → Routine Wear: Scratches, thinning of bands, or the wearing down of prongs over time.
- → Accidental Damage: Broken chains, chipped stones, or loss of stones due to impact or trauma.
- → Environmental Exposure: Discoloration caused by contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or chlorine.
- → Third-Party Alterations: Any repairs or resizing performed by an outside jeweler voids this warranty.
Sizing
One-Time Free Resizing
We offer one complimentary resizing for domestic orders within the first 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain designs, such as full eternity bands, cannot be resized and may require a complete exchange.
Investment
Protecting Your Investment
While lab-grown stones are durable, they are not indestructible. We recommend independent jewelry insurance to protect against theft, loss, or accidental damage not covered by our manufacturing warranty.
